Art Commission - Specific Rules

Section 1: What not to do

  • Claim my art as your own

  • Remove my Signature

  • Run in AI or make NFTs

  • Reproduce work commercially

Section 2: Main Rules

  • I will be using Stripe/Kofi for payment methods. Both sources are debit/credit card friendly.

  • Prices are listed in USD

  • Please provide a clear reference of character [NO AI]

  • You may cancel and be refunded at any time before the commission has begun. Once started, the commission can only be refunded 50%, and once complete, refunds are not available.

  • Finished commissions will be sent to the email address you provided

Section 3: Timing/Process

  • If my schedule is packed, I am allowed to reject your commission-- I will provide new deadlines but if the deadline does not meet your expectation your order may be cancelled. Watch Instagram or Discord server for updates on commission open status.

  • In extreme cases, if designs are complicated and difficult, I may request extra payment.

  • Depending on my workload, turnaround can be from 2 weeks to 1 month. Feel free to contact me in regards to the status of your commission if a significant amount of time has passed. I apologise for any long wait times! -- Additionally I will be attending college classes so timing may extend longer 2-3 months

  • Your commission may be posted by me on other social networking websites to showcase my work, such as Instagram/Discord. If you are not okay with this, don't hesitate to tell me, and I'll make sure I won't post it anywhere.

  • I will not redo any commission once completed, however I can make small changes and edits to a finished commission if necessary.

  • During the process of drawing, I will give to you sketches and ask for any changes/adjustments that need to be done. [Will be asked before starting lineart/coloring phase]

  • Strictly no using my work for reselling or commercial purposes unless we've agreed otherwise in writing and/or discussed licensing fees (as above). No reproducing my work into resellable items such as merchandise unless discussed.
